A man who killed a young person since she didn't need sex with him has been imprisoned forever and will serve at least 23 years and four months.

Lewis Haines, 31, of Flemish Court, Lamphey, Pembrokeshire, had conceded killing Lily Sullivan, 18, yet guaranteed it was not physically spurred.
Lily's body was tracked down in Mill Pond, Pembroke, in the early long periods of Friday, 17 December 2021.

Judge Paul Thomas QC told Swansea Crown Court that Haines choked Lily in disappointment that she would have rather not engaged in sexual relations with him.
He dismissed Haines' case that he went into the water to save her.
There was no criminological proof of rape.
In his condemning comments, he said Lily was "mercilessly killed" by Haines. "You choked her up close and personal. She was totally under your control."
Judge Thomas said the two had met in the Out club in Pembroke and kissed in a rear entryway subsequent to leaving the club.
They left the club independently, a couple of moments separated, yet began talking outside prior to strolling to a back street close to Mill Pond.
"Anything occurred in that path we won't ever know since you've decided not to tell anybody," said the appointed authority.
"She then, at that point, let you know she would grumble about what you had done, and to stop her doing so you choked her," he added.

"She has probably been frightened. You were just worried about your own self-conservation. Her passing has caused such a lot of pain to a large number."
'My aggravation is terrible'
In no time, Haines got back and told his accomplice: "I've choked someone."
Lily had wounds to her face, neck, and body.
In a proclamation read to the court Lily's mom Anna depicted their relationship as "careful" and an "extremely extraordinary bond."
She depicted Lilly as a "brilliant and capable craftsman" and a "run of the mill young lady" who had quite recently begun going out.
"My aggravation is terrible and I experience numerous actual side effects. I endure fits of anxiety and I can't talk or work," she added.
"I'm loaded up with fear and fear. I exist just to see her once more. My life as it is on stop.
"I have a staggering feeling of agony."
'Terrifying insensitive offense'
Michael Cray of the Crown Prosecution Service said: "Haines carried out a shocking, hard offense, killing a young lady who had her entire grown-up life before her.
"The shock of this misfortune will be felt locally for quite a while.
"Our contemplations are with Lily's loved ones as they manage the enormous misfortune they without a doubt feel."
